The Wave radio station’s annual Easter Egg Appeal will be accepting donations in Llanelli town centre shops for the first time thanks to Ymlaen Llanelli!

We're sponsoring this year’s Easter Egg Appeal, which asks the people of South Wales to buy extra Easter eggs and donate them to the appeal for children who may not normally receive any eggs.

From today until Wednesday 8th April you can donate eggs to the appeal at one of the following drop-off points:

  • Wilko in St Elli Centre
  • Llanelly House
  • On Your Bike on Stepney Street
  • Nationwide on Stepney Street
  • The Welsh Diner in Llanelli Indoor Market
  • Davies Craddock in John Street

Your generous donations will brighten children's Easter and spread some joy in South Wales.

It’s wonderful to have Llanelli town centre involved!

Lesley Richards, chair of Ymlaen Llanelli, is proud to be part of the initiative: “We’re honoured that the Wave have asked us to sponsor the appeal. We know how much joy it’s brought to the children of South Wales over the years and it’s wonderful to have Llanelli town centre involved for the first time.”

Let us know if you've donated to the appeal on our social media - you can find us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, so get donating and sharing!
